1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of OneInfo.ai, including our website, mobile application, creator tools, brand tools, AI features, affiliate store, referral program, campaign services, subscriptions, payments, analytics, automation, Meta Graph API integrations, and related services.

By using OneInfo.ai, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other notices or policies published by us. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require physical or digital signatures.

2. About OneInfo.ai

OneInfo.ai is an AI-powered platform for creators, influencers, UGC creators, businesses, brands, and agencies. The platform helps users with AI content generation, auto-DM and comment automation, creator analytics, media kits, brand collaborations, affiliate monetization, referral rewards, campaign management, creator discovery, lead generation, and related services.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Users must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law and should be 18 years or older. If a user is below 18, use must be with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you use OneInfo.ai on behalf of a company, brand, agency, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Users must provide accurate and updated information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, devices, login details, affiliate links, referral codes, connected social accounts, and account activity.

4. Meta Graph API and Platform Integrations

OneInfo.ai may allow users to connect Instagram/Facebook accounts, pages, or professional profiles through Meta Graph API and related Meta Platform tools.

By connecting a Meta account, the user confirms that they own or are authorized to manage the connected account and grant the requested permissions.

Users authorize OneInfo.ai to access, process, display, and store approved Meta data only for providing platform features such as creator analytics, auto-replies, comment/DM automation, lead capture, profile verification, campaign reporting, and brand collaboration measurement.

Users must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Platform rules, anti-spam rules, advertising rules, privacy laws, and applicable content policies. Users must not misuse automation, send spam, mislead users, capture data unlawfully, or violate platform limits.

Meta may change, restrict, suspend, revoke, or discontinue API permissions or functionality at any time. OneInfo.ai is not responsible for feature disruption, loss of analytics, automation failures, message/comment delays, or business losses caused by Meta API changes, third-party downtime, permissions expiry, user revocation, or platform restrictions.

Users may disconnect Meta integrations or revoke permissions through Meta settings. Some features may stop working after revocation.

5. Creator Services

Creators may use OneInfo.ai to access AI tools, creator analytics, media kits, brand campaigns, affiliate links, referral links, automation features, content suggestions, and monetization opportunities. OneInfo.ai does not guarantee followers, engagement, reach, views, brand deals, affiliate sales, referral rewards, campaign selection, income, or business results.

6. Brand Services

Brands may use OneInfo.ai to discover creators, run campaigns, manage collaborations, generate leads, track creator performance, and promote products or services. Brands are responsible for accurate campaign briefs, product information, legal claims, pricing, product quality, delivery timelines, payment terms, and campaign expectations.

7. Affiliate Program Terms

OneInfo.ai may allow creators and eligible users to generate and share affiliate links for products, services, brands, marketplaces, or partner platforms. Users may earn commission only on valid and confirmed qualifying purchases.

A qualifying purchase must be successfully completed through the correct OneInfo.ai affiliate link, properly tracked, confirmed by the partner brand/marketplace/affiliate network, not cancelled, not returned, not refunded, not fraudulent, and compliant with all program rules.

Affiliate tracking may depend on cookies, pixels, tracking links, APIs, marketplace systems, brand reports, affiliate networks, and fraud checks. OneInfo.ai does not guarantee that every click, purchase, or order will be tracked. Failed tracking, expired links, incorrect sharing, disabled cookies, ad blockers, session expiry, marketplace rejection, third-party errors, or brand-side issues may result in no commission.

Commission amounts, payout timelines, and eligible products may vary by brand, marketplace, campaign, category, order value, returns, cancellations, and partner confirmation. Earnings may appear as pending, confirmed, rejected, on hold, or paid.

Users must not make fake purchases, self-purchase for commission where prohibited, place orders on behalf of customers, create duplicate accounts, use bots, spam links, mislead users, hide affiliate disclosures, manipulate tracking, use unauthorized coupons, infringe brand intellectual property, or violate platform or advertising rules.

Creators must clearly disclose affiliate links and promotional relationships. Suggested disclosure: "This is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you buy through this link." Disclosure should be clear, visible, and understandable to the audience.

OneInfo.ai may reject, reverse, hold, or cancel commissions for returns, cancellations, refunds, fraud, suspicious activity, duplicate tracking, brand rejection, marketplace rejection, policy violation, or legal/tax issue. OneInfo.ai may suspend or terminate affiliate access for misuse.

8. Referral Program Terms

OneInfo.ai may allow users to invite other users through referral links or referral codes. Users may receive referral rewards only when eligibility conditions are met.

A referral may be eligible only when the referred user signs up using the correct referral link/code, completes the required eligible action, makes a valid payment where required, does not cancel or refund, is not a duplicate or fake account, and passes fraud checks.

Referral rewards may appear as pending, confirmed, rejected, on hold, or paid. Rewards may be subject to minimum payout threshold, KYC, PAN, GST/tax requirements where applicable, payment confirmation, subscription confirmation, and fraud checks.

Users must not self-refer, create fake accounts, use duplicate accounts, use bots, spam referral links, mislead users, promise guaranteed income, manipulate referral tracking, conduct paid manipulation, or abuse the referral system.

OneInfo.ai may reject, reverse, hold, or cancel referral rewards for fake referrals, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, payment failure, refund, cancellation, chargeback, suspicious activity, policy violation, or fraud.

Referral rewards are promotional benefits and not guaranteed income. OneInfo.ai may change, pause, modify, or discontinue the referral program, reward amount, eligibility criteria, or payout process at any time.

9. Payouts, Wallet, GST, and Taxes

Affiliate commissions, referral rewards, campaign payments, or other earnings may appear as pending, confirmed, rejected, on hold, or paid.

Payouts may be subject to minimum payout thresholds, KYC verification, PAN details, GST details where applicable, bank/UPI verification, brand confirmation, marketplace confirmation, fraud checks, tax deductions, and payout processing timelines.

Creators, brands, agencies, and businesses are responsible for their own tax compliance, GST compliance where applicable, income tax reporting, invoices, and statutory obligations. OneInfo.ai may deduct TDS or other taxes where required by law.

10. Subscription Plans and Payments

OneInfo.ai may offer free, monthly, quarterly, annual, promotional, early-bird, or custom plans. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Features may vary by plan. OneInfo.ai may change pricing, plan limits, features, benefits, or availability from time to time.

11. Refund and Cancellation

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated and paid features are accessed. Refunds may be considered only for duplicate payment, payment deducted but subscription not activated, wrong amount charged, or major technical issue from OneInfo.ai's side that prevents access to paid services. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

12. AI Tools Disclaimer

AI outputs such as captions, scripts, replies, hooks, content ideas, pitches, recommendations, and analytics are suggestions only. Users must review AI-generated content before posting, publishing, sending, or using it commercially. OneInfo.ai is not responsible for errors, misleading statements, offensive content, copyright issues, legal claims, income loss, or reputation damage caused by user reliance on AI outputs.

13. User Content and Usage Rights

Users retain ownership of content they upload or create. By using OneInfo.ai, users grant OneInfo.ai a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, analyze, and use content as required to provide platform services, improve features, support campaigns, generate analytics, and promote agreed collaborations.

14. Disclosure and Compliance

Creators must clearly disclose paid promotions, gifted products, sponsored posts, brand collaborations, affiliate links, and referral promotions as required by ASCI guidelines, consumer protection law, advertising laws, platform rules, and applicable regulations. Disclosure labels may include Ad, Sponsored, Paid Partnership, Collaboration, Affiliate Link, or I may earn a commission.

15. Prohibited Activities

Users must not create fake accounts, use bots, manipulate affiliate tracking, create fake purchases, misuse referral links, self-refer, spam users, mislead users, hide paid/affiliate relationships, upload illegal or infringing content, violate intellectual property rights, scrape platform data, reverse engineer the app, bypass security, misuse automation, or use OneInfo.ai for unlawful activity.

16. Third-Party Products and Platforms

OneInfo.ai may display third-party products, brands, campaigns, affiliate links, marketplaces, and social media integrations. Unless specifically stated, OneInfo.ai does not manufacture, own, sell, ship, deliver, or warrant third-party products. Product quality, pricing, stock, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, warranty, and customer support are handled by the respective brand, seller, marketplace, or service provider.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneInfo.ai and Nirbhavi Tech Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, affiliate income, referral rewards, brand deals, campaign income, followers, reputation, or business opportunity.

18. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneInfo.ai, Nirbhavi Tech Innovations Private Limited, its founders, employees, partners, vendors, and affiliates from claims, losses, penalties, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from user content, policy violations, law violations, affiliate/referral misuse, tax/GST non-compliance, third-party disputes, intellectual property infringement, or failure to disclose paid/affiliate content.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law. For support, contact support@oneinfo.ai.
