21.1 Operator and scope

These Terms govern access to PDF documents, downloadable resources, recorded or live videos, and events made available through the oneinfo.ai application or its associated website (“Feature”).

The Feature is operated by NIRBHAVI TECH INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, having its principal business address at Ground floor, No. 1-140, Machnapally, near Government School, Jammikunta, Karimnagar, Telangana - 505122, India, referred to as “oneinfo.ai”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

These Terms supplement our General App Terms at https://oneinfo.ai/terms. The Privacy Policy at https://oneinfo.ai/privacy explains how personal data is handled. The purchase page and any disclosed event-specific conditions form part of the relevant booking or purchase agreement. Our general Refund Policy is available at https://oneinfo.ai/refund; Section 21.9 of these Terms governs PDFs, videos and event bookings where the general policy differs, subject always to applicable law.

Mandatory law prevails over all these documents. For feature-specific matters, these Terms prevail over general app terms. A purchase or event page may specify commercial details, such as access duration and cancellation deadlines, but cannot reduce the protections expressly provided here or mandatory legal rights.

21.2 Acceptance and eligibility

Please read these Terms before using the Feature. We will obtain affirmative acceptance at registration, purchase, or booking, as applicable, and make the accepted version available for reference.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract to create an account or make a purchase. Participants under 18 may access age-appropriate content and attend eligible events with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, subject to event-specific age limits. The parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on their behalf, make any paid purchase or booking, and provide any legally required permissions. A child must not independently authorise payments or recurring billing. For physical events, the listing will state whether the accompanying adult also needs a ticket. A child’s use alone does not create an enforceable contract against the child.

Provide accurate account and booking information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. We will investigate reported misuse fairly; you are not automatically responsible for losses caused by our security failures.

21.3 What each offering includes

The relevant listing will describe the content or event, provider or organiser, price, applicable taxes and fees, access period, delivery method, technical requirements, and material restrictions before purchase.

PDF availability does not automatically include video access, event entry, recordings, certificates, personal support, or future updates. These are included only where the listing expressly says so.

Free offerings may change or be withdrawn prospectively. Changes to paid offerings remain subject to our delivery commitments and the remedies below.

21.4 PDF and video access

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased or freely provided content for personal, non-commercial use during the disclosed access period.

You may download a PDF or video only where an authorised download function or the listing permits it. Permitted downloads may be retained and used for the period stated in the listing. Where no separate expiry is stated for an authorised PDF download, you may retain that copy for personal use after online access ends.

Videos are available for streaming unless downloads are expressly enabled. Live sessions are not necessarily recorded; replay access exists only if promised in the listing.

You must not share paid files, account credentials, or access links; sell or publicly distribute content; record or retransmit restricted videos or events; remove ownership notices; or bypass access controls without permission. These restrictions do not exclude uses independently permitted by applicable copyright law.

We may use reasonable access controls and disclosed watermarking. Any personal information included in a watermark will be described in the Privacy Policy.

Device, software and connectivity requirements will be disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for your own internet and device costs. If our delivery system prevents access to a paid offering, we will provide appropriate assistance and the remedies in Section 21.9.

21.5 Intellectual property and complaints

Content, branding and other materials are owned by us or used under permission from their respective rights holders. A purchase grants access rights; it does not transfer copyright or other ownership.

To report suspected infringement, contact support@oneinfo.ai with your contact details, identification of the protected work, the relevant content URL or identifier, and the basis of your claim. We may seek further information reasonably required to investigate and will respond in accordance with applicable law.

If content must be removed because of infringement or a legal restriction, we will assess and provide any refund or other remedy owed for undelivered paid access. Removal does not automatically extinguish consumer rights.

21.6 Informational content and statements by speakers

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content and events provide general information or education. They are not an individual professional consultation. Where an offering concerns legal, medical, financial or other regulated matters, the listing must identify its nature and any relevant provider qualifications.

Information may become outdated. We will take reasonable care in describing and delivering our offerings and correcting material errors brought to our attention. You should obtain suitable professional advice before relying on general material for decisions requiring individual assessment.

Views expressed by speakers or contributors are their own unless expressly adopted by us. This statement does not remove responsibility imposed on us by law.

We do not promise employment, examination results, income, investment returns, professional accreditation, or another specific outcome unless an express lawful commitment appears in the offering. Certificates, if offered, have only the status disclosed in the listing.

21.7 Event bookings and participation

oneinfo.ai offers both online events and offline, in-person events. The format and attendance requirements will be stated in each listing.

Each event listing will identify whether the event is organised by oneinfo.ai or by a named third party, together with the party responsible for delivery, customer support and refunds. Your confirmation will identify the relevant service provider.

Listings will disclose the date, time and time zone, venue or online platform, entry requirements, age restrictions, inclusions, accessibility arrangements known to us, and applicable cancellation and transfer conditions.

Tickets or access links may be used only by the registered participant unless transfer is expressly permitted. Reasonable identity verification may be required where disclosed. oneinfo.ai will not collect identification data beyond what is reasonably needed and legally permitted.

Participants must follow reasonable venue, platform and safety instructions and must not harass others, disrupt sessions, infringe rights, or engage in unlawful conduct. Admission may be refused or participation ended on reasonable grounds of safety, fraud or serious misconduct. We will explain the decision where lawful and practical and assess refund rights fairly.

Travel, accommodation, meals, materials and recordings are excluded unless the listing includes them.

Minor programme or speaker changes may occur. A material change to date, location, format or a central promised element will be communicated promptly, with an option to accept the change or obtain a refund for the affected booking.

Attendance does not waive rights arising from negligence, unsafe conditions, deficient services or other actionable conduct. Activities involving particular risks will require a separate, clearly disclosed activity notice and suitable safety arrangements.

21.8 Event photography and recordings

We will disclose planned event photography or recording before booking or participation, including its purpose and whether participants’ voices, images, names or contributions may be captured.

We will use separate consent where required for identifiable promotional use or other optional processing. Accepting these Terms is not an unrestricted release permitting every use of your identity.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide a way to avoid capture or participate without displaying your camera or name. If recording is essential to a particular interactive session, that condition will be disclosed before booking.

You may not record or publish other participants’ personal information or images without an appropriate lawful basis and any required permission. Photography or filming involving children requires additional safeguards and legally required parental permission.

21.9 Prices, payments, cancellations and refunds

21.9.1 Price and payment

Before payment, we will display the total payable amount, applicable taxes, and a breakdown of mandatory fees. Optional purchases require an affirmative choice. Payments are handled through Razorpay using the payment methods enabled at checkout. A payment receipt and applicable tax invoice will be provided.

Duplicate payments, incorrect charges and failed transactions will be investigated and resolved through the applicable payment and refund process.

21.9.2 Digital content

If a purchased PDF is not delivered or made accessible through the promised delivery method, contact in-app support or support@oneinfo.ai with your order details. We will check the transaction and provide a full refund for the undelivered PDF. We may offer delivery or restored access as an alternative only if you agree; you do not have to accept it instead of the refund.

Payments for PDFs, videos and related digital access are non-refundable for change of mind, accidental selection, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with correctly described and properly delivered content, except where a more favourable policy is expressly offered or applicable law requires a remedy. This restriction will be prominently disclosed before payment.

This does not apply to content that is materially misdescribed, defective, inaccessible because of our systems, not delivered as promised, or otherwise deficient. We will offer a reasonable correction or restoration where appropriate and provide a refund or other remedy where required. An attempted correction will not be used to indefinitely delay a valid refund.

21.9.3 User cancellation of event bookings

Confirmed event bookings are non-refundable for user-initiated cancellation, change of mind, late arrival or non-attendance, subject to applicable law and the exceptions in these Terms. This condition will be prominently disclosed before payment. Ticket transfers or rescheduling are allowed only where expressly offered in the listing or agreed by the organiser.

Any cancellation charge or forfeiture remains subject to applicable consumer and e-commerce law, including requirements concerning corresponding charges when the service provider cancels unilaterally. Describing a booking as non-refundable does not avoid those requirements.

21.9.4 Cancellation, postponement or delivery failure

If oneinfo.ai or the identified event organiser cancels an online or offline event, we will provide or arrange a full refund of the amounts charged for the cancelled event booking, including its mandatory booking charges and taxes, subject to lawful tax adjustments. We will notify affected users and explain the refund process. If we cannot provide another promised paid service, we will provide a full refund for that undelivered offering. Third-party organiser involvement does not remove any responsibility imposed on oneinfo.ai by law.

For a postponed or materially changed event, you may choose the replacement arrangement or a refund. Credit or vouchers will be offered only as an option and will not replace a monetary refund without your agreement.

For a partly delivered offering, any proportionate refund will reflect the undelivered portion and applicable legal rights.

21.9.5 Refund process

Submit requests through the support facility inside the oneinfo.ai app or support@oneinfo.ai, with the order ID and relevant details. We will not demand unnecessary evidence or impose conditions that defeat statutory remedies.

We will process accepted refunds promptly within applicable legal and payment-system timelines and communicate the expected initiation and credit dates. We will not delay a legally owed refund by treating it as a discretionary exception. Razorpay and the receiving bank may require additional time to credit the amount. Refunds ordinarily go to the original payment method; any necessary alternative will be agreed with you. Provider delays do not excuse our own failure to process a refund.

21.10 Subscriptions (applicable only where offered)

Before subscription purchase, we will disclose its price, billing interval, access period, renewal method, trial conversion terms and cancellation process.

Recurring billing requires separate explicit authorisation and must comply with applicable payment requirements. You may stop future renewal through the app’s subscription cancellation control, where available, or by requesting cancellation through in-app support or support@oneinfo.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless an earlier termination or refund applies.

We will disclose future price changes before they take effect and obtain any required authorisation. Existing prepaid access will not be retrospectively shortened or repriced. We will not use hidden renewal terms or unreasonable cancellation barriers.

21.11 User contributions (applicable only where enabled)

If the Feature allows questions, comments, submissions or uploads, you retain ownership of your contributions. You grant us only the non-exclusive permission reasonably needed to host, display and operate the Feature in accordance with its disclosed functionality. Separate permission is required for unrelated promotional use.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for your submissions. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, sexually exploitative, fraudulent or privacy-invasive material, malicious code, or deceptive impersonations. Where applicable, comply with the platform’s disclosed requirements for identifying synthetic or materially altered content.

We may moderate, restrict or remove contributions under applicable law and our published moderation rules. Report content through in-app support or support@oneinfo.ai. Applicable legally mandated complaint and removal timelines take priority over our general customer-service targets.

21.12 Privacy and communications

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy at https://oneinfo.ai/privacy and applicable law. That policy will explain the data collected, purposes, recipients, retention, security, relevant rights, and complaint routes.

We will separately obtain any legally required consent. Marketing choices will be separate from acceptance of these Terms and can be withdrawn through the available communication preferences, in-app support, or support@oneinfo.ai. Necessary service messages may still be sent.

Sharing attendee information with event organisers, recording providers or other service providers will be disclosed appropriately. Sponsors will not automatically receive attendee details for independent marketing merely because a person booked an event.

21.13 Suspension and service closure

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, serious breach, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will give notice, explain the reason, and offer an opportunity to correct the issue or appeal through in-app support or support@oneinfo.ai.

Immediate restriction may be necessary for urgent risks. Restrictions will be proportionate. Account suspension does not automatically forfeit prepaid balances or refund rights.

If we permanently discontinue a paid offering before the promised access period ends, we will provide a suitable alternative with your agreement or an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.

21.14 Responsibility and liability

We will provide the Feature with reasonable care and skill and remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, but will take reasonable steps to address failures affecting paid delivery.

To the extent legally permitted, neither party is responsible for remote or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant agreement was made. This clause does not exclude amounts or remedies otherwise recoverable under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, liabilities that cannot lawfully be restricted, or statutory rights relating to refunds, deficient services, privacy or other consumer protection.

We remain responsible for our own role where a third-party organiser or provider is involved. A third-party label does not create immunity.

21.15 Events beyond reasonable control

Severe weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, venue closure or other events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. We will notify affected users, take reasonable mitigation steps, and explain the available options.

This clause does not permit us to retain payment for undelivered services where a refund or other remedy is owed under these Terms or applicable law.

For consumer complaints, we will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and resolve the complaint within one month. Any shorter or otherwise applicable statutory timeline for a particular complaint takes precedence.

Please provide the order or booking ID, a description of the issue and your preferred resolution. We will provide an appropriate response and escalation route. You do not have to complete our internal process before exercising rights before a competent authority.

21.17 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. You may contact us to seek an amicable resolution.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over ordinary contractual disputes. This does not restrict your right to approach a competent consumer commission, regulator, statutory authority, or another forum available under applicable law, including jurisdiction based on your residence where legally available.

21.18 Changes and general provisions

We will publish the effective date and version of changes and give reasonable notice of material changes. Where required, we will obtain renewed acceptance. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to existing purchases or bookings.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
