1. Introduction

OneInfo.ai is an AI-powered creator and brand collaboration platform operated by Nirbhavi Tech Innovations Private Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, protect, and delete personal information when users access our website, mobile application, creator tools, brand tools, affiliate store, referral program, subscriptions, AI features, analytics, Meta Graph API integrations, automation services, and related services.

By accessing or using OneInfo.ai, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This policy also includes our Cookies Policy and Data Deletion Policy so that users can access all privacy-related information from a single website link.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

We may collect name, mobile number, email address, username, password or login credentials, profile photo, city, state, language preference, creator category, business category, and other registration details.

2.2 Creator Profile Information

We may collect creator profile details such as social media handles, profile links, follower count, engagement data, content category, audience demographics, media kit information, commercial details, collaboration history, campaign performance, and brand preferences.

2.3 Brand and Business Information

We may collect brand name, company name, website, business email, GST details, billing details, product information, campaign briefs, budgets, creator preferences, and campaign performance data.

2.4 Affiliate and Referral Information

We may collect affiliate links generated, referral links shared, clicks, product views, orders, returns, cancellations, commission status, payout status, referred users, subscription status, reward eligibility, and transaction history.

2.5 Payment and Subscription Information

We may collect plan selected, amount paid, payment status, invoice details, transaction ID, subscription period, renewal status, cancellation status, refund request details, and payment gateway responses. We do not store full card details, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

2.6 AI and Automation Data

We may collect prompts, captions, scripts, hashtags, content ideas, auto-DM settings, auto-comment settings, campaign pitches, creator recommendations, brand suggestions, and related usage data to provide and improve AI-powered services.

2.7 Usage, Device, and Technical Information

We may collect IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system, app version, pages visited, buttons clicked, errors, crash logs, cookies, pixels, SDK data, analytics data, and advertising attribution data.

3. Meta Graph API and Social Media Data

OneInfo.ai may use Meta Graph API and related Meta Platform tools to enable Instagram/Facebook integrations, creator analytics, profile verification, content insights, comment/DM automation, campaign reporting, and other creator or brand features.

When a user connects an Instagram or Facebook account, page, or professional profile, we access only the permissions approved by the user through Meta's authorization flow. Depending on permissions granted, this may include profile information, account/page ID, page/account details, media insights, follower or engagement metrics, comments, messages, mentions, media objects, and related metadata.

We do not ask users for Instagram or Facebook passwords. Access is provided through Meta's secure authorization process. We may store access tokens, permission status, connected account IDs, and API response data as required to operate the service securely.

Meta Graph API data is used only for OneInfo.ai features such as creator analytics, auto-replies, comment management, DM automation, lead capture, brand collaboration reporting, campaign measurement, account verification, and product improvement.

Users may disconnect Meta integrations or revoke permissions from their Meta, Facebook, or Instagram settings. Once access is revoked, features such as analytics, automation, campaign reporting, and connected-account services may stop working.

4. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, personalize, and improve OneInfo.ai services.
  • To create and manage accounts, creator profiles, brand profiles, affiliate links, referral links, subscriptions, wallets, campaign dashboards, analytics, AI tools, and automation features.
  • To calculate commissions, referral rewards, campaign payouts, subscription status, invoices, refunds, and payment records.
  • To send service updates, WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails, calls, app notifications, campaign alerts, payment alerts, affiliate updates, referral updates, and product announcements.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, fake accounts, duplicate referrals, fake purchases, self-referrals, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and misuse of the platform.
  • To comply with applicable law, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, security, and platform obligations.

5. Affiliate and Referral Tracking

Affiliate and referral tracking may depend on cookies, pixels, tracking links, SDKs, APIs, affiliate networks, partner brands, marketplaces, payment systems, and internal fraud checks.

Affiliate commissions and referral rewards are subject to successful tracking, partner confirmation, no cancellation, no return, no refund, no payment dispute, no fraud, and compliance with OneInfo.ai policies.

Tracking may fail because of disabled cookies, ad blockers, browser restrictions, incorrect link sharing, session expiry, marketplace rejection, brand-side issues, third-party API errors, returns, cancellations, or fraud checks. OneInfo.ai does not guarantee tracking of every click, order, signup, payment, or conversion.

6. Cookies Policy

6.1 Scope

This Cookies Policy explains how OneInfo.ai uses cookies and similar technologies through our website, mobile application, creator tools, brand tools, affiliate store, referral program, advertising campaigns, analytics systems, Meta Graph API integrations, and related services.

6.2 What is a Cookie?

Cookies are small text files that a website or application asks your browser or device to store. Cookies help remember your device, login session, preferences, activity, and interactions. First-party cookies are set by OneInfo.ai. Third-party cookies are set by service providers such as analytics, advertising, affiliate networks, social media platforms, payment providers, or tracking partners.

6.3 Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, secure accounts, understand usage, improve user experience, track affiliate links, track referral links, measure advertising performance, support Meta/Facebook/Instagram integrations, prevent fraud, and provide analytics/reporting for creators and brands.

6.4 Types of Cookies Used

Essential Cookies: Required for login, authentication, security, account access, payment flow, subscription access, affiliate link generation, referral link generation, session management, and fraud prevention.

Functionality Cookies: Remember user preferences such as language, creator category, dashboard settings, filters, notification preferences, region, and recently used features.

Performance and Analytics Cookies: Help us understand pages visited, app screens used, time spent, installs, signup source, subscription journey, feature usage, errors, device type, and campaign performance.

Affiliate Tracking Cookies: Help track affiliate link clicks, product visits, purchases, order value, brand or marketplace attribution, returns, cancellations, commission eligibility, creator earnings, and payout status.

Referral Tracking Cookies: Help track referral link clicks, referred user signups, subscription payments, reward eligibility, duplicate referrals, fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, and suspicious activity.

Targeting and Advertising Cookies: Help show relevant ads, retarget visitors, avoid repetitive ads, measure installs/signups/subscriptions, improve targeting, and understand marketing performance.

Social Media and Meta Cookies: May be used when users interact with social media features, Meta/Facebook/Instagram integrations, creator profiles, social login, campaign links, or share buttons. Third-party platforms may also use cookies under their own policies.

6.5 Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we may use pixels, SDKs, device identifiers, local storage, browser storage, web beacons, tracking links, UTM parameters, referral codes, affiliate codes, server logs, and app analytics.

6.6 Managing Cookie Preferences

Most browsers accept cookies by default. Users may block, delete, or restrict cookies through browser settings, device settings, Google ad settings, Meta/Facebook ad settings, app permissions, or privacy settings. Disabling cookies may affect login, affiliate tracking, referral tracking, analytics, campaign attribution, commission calculation, reward eligibility, and user experience.

7. Sharing of Information

We may share necessary information with payment gateways, affiliate networks, partner brands, marketplaces, advertising platforms, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, Meta/Facebook/Instagram integrations, Google/YouTube integrations, WhatsApp/SMS/email providers, customer support tools, legal advisors, tax advisors, auditors, and government authorities where required.

We may share creator profile and performance information with brands for collaboration opportunities. We may share campaign-related information with creators and brands for campaign execution, reporting, analytics, and payment purposes. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as required to provide services, maintain accounts, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal/tax/accounting obligations, and enforce our terms. Certain records may be retained even after account deletion where required for legal, audit, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Data Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their OneInfo.ai account, personal data, or social media integration data by contacting us at support@oneinfo.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

For Meta/Facebook/Instagram connected data, users may also remove OneInfo.ai access from their Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account settings. When a user removes our app or requests deletion through Meta's process, we will process deletion of applicable Meta Platform data in accordance with Meta Platform requirements and applicable law.

To delete data through Facebook/Meta settings, users may generally go to: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, select the connected OneInfo.ai app, remove access, and submit a data deletion request where available.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, and operational retention requirements. Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before automatic deletion.

Once data is deleted, certain OneInfo.ai features such as subscriptions, analytics, affiliate tracking, referral rewards, payouts, Meta integrations, AI history, and campaign reporting may no longer be available or may be incomplete.

10. User Rights and Consent

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for personal data, subject to applicable law and operational limitations. Withdrawal of consent may affect access to OneInfo.ai features, including affiliate tracking, referral rewards, analytics, Meta integrations, automation, AI tools, brand collaborations, and payouts. Requests may be sent to support@oneinfo.ai.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no online platform is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, devices, connected social accounts, and account access.

12. Children's Privacy

OneInfo.ai is intended for users who are 18 years or older. If a minor uses the platform, it must be with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

14. Google User Data (1:1 Meet Sessions)

1:1 Meet is a OneInfo.ai feature that lets mentors, educators, coaches, and edtech creators ("Mentors") offer paid 1:1 sessions such as mentorship, career guidance, doubt-clearing, and personalised coaching. Learners book a slot, pay, and attend the session on Google Meet. To schedule these sessions, a Mentor may connect their Google account to OneInfo.ai. This section explains exactly what Google user data we access and how we use it.

14.1 Google Data We Access

When a Mentor connects Google, we request only the following permissions through Google's secure OAuth consent screen:

  • Google Calendar events (calendar.events): to create, update, and delete the calendar events for the Mentor's paid 1:1 Meet bookings.
  • Email address (userinfo.email): to show the Mentor which Google account is connected.

We never ask for your Google password. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service.

14.2 How We Use Google Data

  • When a Learner's payment for a session is confirmed, we create one event on the Mentor's primary Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and add the Learner as an attendee.
  • If the Learner reschedules, we read and update only that same event to change its date and time.
  • If the booking is cancelled, we delete only that same event.
  • We display the connected Google email address in the Mentor's OneInfo.ai dashboard.

We only access calendar events that OneInfo.ai created for 1:1 Meet bookings. We do not list, search, read, or modify any other events on your calendar, and we do not read your free/busy information or calendar settings. Mentors manage their availability inside OneInfo.ai.

14.3 What We Store

We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, the connected Google email address, and, for each booking, the Google Calendar event ID, Google Meet link, and conference ID. Event details we create (session title, date and time, Learner name and email, and the booking reference) come from the 1:1 Meet booking, not from your Google account.

14.4 Sharing of Google Data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. The Google Meet link and session time are shared only with the Learner who booked that session, through the Google Calendar invitation and 1:1 Meet booking confirmations. Data is stored on our secure cloud hosting infrastructure solely to operate the service, and may be disclosed only if required by law.

14.5 Limited Use Disclosure

OneInfo.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing 1:1 Meet scheduling feature described above.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or personalised ads.
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or machine learning models.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

14.6 Security

Google data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connections. OAuth tokens are stored on our servers with access restricted to the systems that operate 1:1 Meet, and are used only to perform the calendar actions described above.

14.7 Disconnecting Google and Deleting Google Data

  • Mentors can disconnect Google at any time from the 1:1 Meet section of the OneInfo.ai dashboard. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored Google tokens and connected email address, and unpublishes the Mentor's meet offers so no new sessions can be booked.
  • You can also revoke OneInfo.ai's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Calendar events already created remain in your Google Calendar, which you control, and can be edited or deleted by you in Google Calendar.
  • To delete all remaining Google-related data, including event IDs and Meet links stored with your bookings, email support@oneinfo.ai with the subject "Google Data Deletion Request". We will process it as described in Section 9, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, payment, and dispute-resolution purposes.
