2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

We may collect name, mobile number, email address, username, password or login credentials, profile photo, city, state, language preference, creator category, business category, and other registration details.

2.2 Creator Profile Information

We may collect creator profile details such as social media handles, profile links, follower count, engagement data, content category, audience demographics, media kit information, commercial details, collaboration history, campaign performance, and brand preferences.

2.3 Brand and Business Information

We may collect brand name, company name, website, business email, GST details, billing details, product information, campaign briefs, budgets, creator preferences, and campaign performance data.

2.4 Affiliate and Referral Information

We may collect affiliate links generated, referral links shared, clicks, product views, orders, returns, cancellations, commission status, payout status, referred users, subscription status, reward eligibility, and transaction history.

2.5 Payment and Subscription Information

We may collect plan selected, amount paid, payment status, invoice details, transaction ID, subscription period, renewal status, cancellation status, refund request details, and payment gateway responses. We do not store full card details, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

3. Meta Graph API and Social Media Data

OneInfo.ai may use Meta Graph API and related Meta Platform tools to enable Instagram/Facebook integrations, creator analytics, profile verification, content insights, comment/DM automation, campaign reporting, and other creator or brand features.

When a user connects an Instagram or Facebook account, page, or professional profile, we access only the permissions approved by the user through Meta's authorization flow. Depending on permissions granted, this may include profile information, account/page ID, page/account details, media insights, follower or engagement metrics, comments, messages, mentions, media objects, and related metadata.

We do not ask users for Instagram or Facebook passwords. Access is provided through Meta's secure authorization process. We may store access tokens, permission status, connected account IDs, and API response data as required to operate the service securely.

Meta Graph API data is used only for OneInfo.ai features such as creator analytics, auto-replies, comment management, DM automation, lead capture, brand collaboration reporting, campaign measurement, account verification, and product improvement.

Users may disconnect Meta integrations or revoke permissions from their Meta, Facebook, or Instagram settings. Once access is revoked, features such as analytics, automation, campaign reporting, and connected-account services may stop working.

• To detect and prevent fraud, fake accounts, duplicate referrals, fake purchases, self-referrals, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and misuse of the platform.

5. Affiliate and Referral Tracking

Affiliate and referral tracking may depend on cookies, pixels, tracking links, SDKs, APIs, affiliate networks, partner brands, marketplaces, payment systems, and internal fraud checks.

Affiliate commissions and referral rewards are subject to successful tracking, partner confirmation, no cancellation, no return, no refund, no payment dispute, no fraud, and compliance with OneInfo.ai policies.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as required to provide services, maintain accounts, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal/tax/accounting obligations, and enforce our terms. Certain records may be retained even after account deletion where required for legal, audit, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Data Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their OneInfo.ai account, personal data, or social media integration data by contacting us at support@oneinfo.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

For Meta/Facebook/Instagram connected data, users may also remove OneInfo.ai access from their Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account settings. When a user removes our app or requests deletion through Meta's process, we will process deletion of applicable Meta Platform data in accordance with Meta Platform requirements and applicable law.

To delete data through Facebook/Meta settings, users may generally go to: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, select the connected OneInfo.ai app, remove access, and submit a data deletion request where available.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, and operational retention requirements. Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before automatic deletion.

Once data is deleted, certain OneInfo.ai features such as subscriptions, analytics, affiliate tracking, referral rewards, payouts, Meta integrations, AI history, and campaign reporting may no longer be available or may be incomplete.

10. User Rights and Consent

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for personal data, subject to applicable law and operational limitations. Withdrawal of consent may affect access to OneInfo.ai features, including affiliate tracking, referral rewards, analytics, Meta integrations, automation, AI tools, brand collaborations, and payouts. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no online platform is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, devices, connected social accounts, and account access.
